That’s why every American Lineage garment is backed by a one-year warranty.

If it’s not the right fit or not what you expected, return it within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned in original condition.
Returns within the United States are free.

One-Year Product Warranty
Every American Lineage product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect or material issue within one year, we will repair the product or replace it at our discretion.
This warranty exists because we expect our gear to hold up to real use. If it doesn’t, that responsibility is on us.
What’s Covered
The one-year warranty covers issues related to workmanship and materials, including but not limited to:
-Stitching or seam failure
-Fabric defects
-Zipper or hardware failure
-Construction flaws that affect performance or durability
If it shouldn’t have happened under normal use, we want to make it right.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear over time
-Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
-Alterations or repairs made by third parties
-Shrinkage or damage from washing outside care instructions
We design for durability, not indestructibility.

Briefly explain the issue and include photos if possible
Our team will review and guide you through next steps
If approved, we’ll either repair the item or replace it with the same or a comparable product.
